- 8+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Capability Development, Learning & Development, Sales Excellence, Commercial Planning, or related functions.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale capability or organizational development programs.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience working in complex, matrix organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data and insights to measure impact and drive decision-making.
- Previous people leadership experience and a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Experience within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, consulting, or multinational organizations is highly desirable.
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

- As part of this transformation, we are seeking a **Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement** to lead capability development, commercial excellence, learning transformation, and performance enablement initiatives across Taiwan.
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Planning, Marketing, Digital, Consumer Experience, and People & Culture teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring our commercial organization has the skills, tools, frameworks, and capabilities required to drive business performance and support long-term growth.
- This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing people, improving organizational effectiveness, and enabling commercial teams to perform at their best.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute the commercial capability and enablement strategy across the organization.
- Design and implement competency frameworks, learning pathways, capability-building programs, and certification initiatives.
- Drive learning transformation through modern learning solutions, digital platforms, and scalable development programs.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and build targeted development plans.
- Lead commercial enablement projects that improve sales effectiveness, execution excellence, and organizational performance.
- Measure capability outcomes through KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deploy best practices and support PMI's transformation agenda.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
