- Ability to understand, explain, and transfer technical knowledge clearly
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems
- Familiarity with scripting, RPA, and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

仕事内容
募集内容
- Complete all required safety training and perform duties in compliance with applicable safety standards and procedures
- Lead the installation, start-up, and performance evaluation of photolithography scanner equipment
- Plan and manage equipment installation, upgrades, and modification activities
- Drive optimization and sustainment of equipment performance in terms of availability, productivity, and accuracy
- Perform systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure effective recurrence prevention
- Contribute to product quality and yield improvement through optimization of equipment conditions and settings
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to drive performance improvements and technological enhancements
- Develop and maintain documentation related to equipment specifications, operating procedures, maintenance requirements, and performance metrics
- Support internal and external audits and promote the implementation of corrective actions where required
