- Gain a deep understanding of audit processes based on QMS and effectively deploy them within the Fab. Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, and develop and drive improvement plans. Collaborate with global quality organizations as the Fab representative to contribute to the development and enhancement of audit standards and evaluation methods. Identify quality risks and work with FMEA, PCRB and related departments to implement appropriate risk management.
