Your role

As a Senior Associate Customer Partner in the team serving regional banks, you will collaborate with existing account team members to build and strengthen trusted client relationships and identify business opportunities.
Through dialogue with a broad range of stakeholders, from operational staff to senior executives, you will understand clients' challenges and needs from multiple perspectives and take a consultative sales approach, proposing better solutions rather than simply preparing quotations or responding to requests. You will maintain direct engagement with clients through visits and business travel to assigned accounts and proactively pursue sales activities.

Collaborate with existing account team members to conduct sales activities for regional bank clients
Build and strengthen trusted relationships through dialogue with a broad range of stakeholders, from operational staff to senior executives
Explore clients' challenges and needs in depth from multiple perspectives to identify new business opportunities
