仕事内容

Overall Role

  • This position will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services in the Facility & Employee Services with a focus on customer centricity, continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance.
  • The responsibilities will include operations, maintenance, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, pantry management, and helpdesk etc.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Lead Facility Manager will be responsible to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility and be the on-site key point of contact for client, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • This position report to local Director who is located at JLL HQ.
