- PhD or Master's in electrical engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in evolving radio access technologies and standards.
- Deep knowledge of radio performance requirements.
- Knowledge of RAN4 technical areas and understanding of 5G NR physical layer, 5G RAN products and deployments, and propagation characteristics.
- Ability to navigate the 3GPP standardization process.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with ability to clearly convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to carry out system-level simulations.
