必須

  • Experience:

    • Overall 12+ years’ experience (FMCG organization experience from food/beverages, Retail industry will be preferred)
    • Min. 12+ years of Cloud Infrastructure and Basis experience, including 5+ years as a Cloud Infrastructure with preferably 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

  • Deep expertise in Azure Cloud:

    • Sound knowledge of Hub & Spoke Model: Management, Identity (DNS, UDRs, NSG/ASG(s), Entra ID Domain and Recovery Services), Connectivity Subscriptions (VPN, Express Route, VNet Peering, Azure Firewall, DNS Private Resolver etc.).
    • DevOps & Automation: IaaC, CI/CD, SRE pipelines, GitHub.
    • Networking & Security: Network Topology, Connectivity, Virtual Network Manager, VPC, IAM, Cluster and End Point Security, Encryptions, Zero Trust.
    • Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights.
    • Storage, Backups and Data Management: Key Vault, Storage (File, BLOB, ADLS), Azure Data Share, Backup site/recovery vaults, log analytics, etc.
    • HA/DR for SAP (HANA System Replication, SQL Always On, Oracle Data Guard on Azure).
    • Azure Cost Management & Governance.
    • Azure Active Directory, RBAC, and security compliance.

  • Technical Breadth:

  • Ability to identify and close conflicts/issues with appropriate support from the senior leadership
  • Ability to prioritize business needs according to organization objectives and overall interests
  • Think strategically, considering long-term goals, stability, scalability, flexibility along with business needs from different stakeholders during ERP development and solution design
  • Ability to evaluate risks and make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
  • Ability to drive the implementation of development standards and best practices.

  • Azure Cloudに関する深い専門知識：

    • ハブ&スポークモデルの健全な知識:管理、ID (DNS、UDR、NSG / ASG、Entra IDドメインおよびリカバリサービス)、接続サブスクリプション(VPN、Express Route、VNetピアリング、Azureファイアウォール、DNSプライベートリゾルバなど）。

  • 技術領域：

    • OS：Linux（SUSE、Red Hat）、AIX、HP-UX、Solaris、Windows。
    • データベース: SAP HANA、Oracle、DB2、MS-SQL、Sybase ASE/IQ、MaxDB
    • クラウド：SAP、BTP、Azureでの立ち上げ。
  • シニアリーダーシップから適切なサポートを受けて、競合/問題を特定し、解決する能力
  • 組織の目的と全体的な関心に従ってビジネスニーズの優先順位を決定する能力
  • ERPの開発とソリューションの設計時に、長期的な目標、安定性、拡張性、柔軟性を考慮し、さまざまな関係者からのビジネスニーズを考慮する

  • Language: Bi-lingual Japanese (Native level Japanese), English (Business Level) is a must.

  • SAP Badges in Zero Downtime Option and Downtime Optimized Conversion.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Admin/Architect (AZ-305) preferred.
  • Additional cloud or OS certifications (IBM AIX, Linux, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience in working with Program/Project Lead and PMO

仕事内容

Job Purpose（業務目的）

  • Responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing cloud infrastructure for various programs. This includes cloud platform setup, system sizing, high availability/disaster recovery, security, performance tuning, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

  • Main responsibilities include:

Architecture & Design

  • Define the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA technical architecture, including sizing, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
  • Design cloud-native infrastructure solutions to host SAP S/4HANA and supporting systems (BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, BTP, Integration Suite, etc.).
  • Establish hybrid deployment models integrating private cloud/on-prem components with hyperscaler environments.
  • アーキテクチャ&デザイン

Azure Cloud Infrastructure Management

  • Design, provision, and optimize SAP on Azure IaaS environments (VMs, networking, storage, load balancers).
  • Lead cost, value, and risk analyses to optimize cloud operations.
  • Implement Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Backup, and Recovery Services Vault for SAP workloads.
  • Implementing Azure Landing Zones for SAP workloads and integrating with BTP and RISE with SAP.
  • Configure HA/DR solutions (HANA system replication, SQL Always On, Oracle Data Guard on Azure).
  • Drive cost optimization, governance, and security compliance for solution on Azure.
  • Azureクラウドインフラストラクチャ管理
  • SAP on Azure IaaS環境(VM、ネットワーキング、ストレージ、ロードバランサー)の設計、プロビジョニング、最適化。
  • コスト、価値、リスク分析をリードしてクラウド運用を最適化
  • Azure Monitor、Log Analytics、Backup、Recovery Services Vault for SAPワークロードを実装する。
  • SAPワークロード向けAzure Landing Zonesの実装とBTPとの統合、およびRiseとSAPとの統合。
  • HA/DRソリューションの構成(HANAシステムレプリケーション、SQL Always On、Oracle Data Guard on Azure )。
  • Azure上のソリューションのコスト最適化、ガバナンス、セキュリティコンプライアンスを促進。

Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Define infrastructure and Basis standards, guidelines, and runbooks.
  • Act as technical escalation point for Basis and infrastructure issues.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during solutioning and architecture design.
  • Support cross-functional teams to deliver SAP migration and transformation projects across BU.
