- The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership as a self‑starter, effective project management capabilities, and excellent skills in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient communication skills in both Japanese and English are required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive change in both Japanese and English.
- Proven track record of leading, or being deeply involved in, the delivery of new partnerships or products.
- Robust project management expertise, particularly in new product or partnership development.
- Self-motivated, with demonstrated capability in strategic planning supported by advanced, data-driven analytical skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Japanese, and business-level proficiency in English.

- Prior working experience with a bank, alternative or consumer finance provider, or a closely related industry is **highly preferred.**
