仕事内容

POSITION SUMMARY

Keep Vena asset (solar and wind ) operational in a good condition, and minimize the cost/risk.

Have a weekly basis meeting with the service provider and find out the failure and resolve asap.

Overseeing and optimizing the lifecycle management of our assets (solar and wind).

You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives to maximize the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of our assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage operational, financial, etc issues that occur during operational phase to optimize to assets performance and revenue.

Contract management related with operational phase (such as renewal of lease agreements and other land contracts and obligations).

Liaison with neighbours, landowners and stakeholders when necessary and when related with Operational/Technical matters.

Create and Follow up operation reports.

Resolution of problems related to operational projects.

Execution for quotations, Purchase Orders and Payments with subcontractors for operational projects.

Communicate with the maintenance service provider and keep good relationship.

Prepare and submit reports and applications related to METI (OCCTO) for operational projects.

Create the necessary documents for METI/Utility/Municipalities to comply with regulations and keep the project moving forward in a timely matter.

Responsible for understanding prefectural, city and municipal regulations in charge of and in relation to constructing solar and or wind farms and suggesting management on best options to maximize the performance.

Local liaison with the relevant locally based government agencies to develop good relations and ensure best commercial/technical solution.

Liaison with consultants/relevant regional partner to submit the necessary notification /application for the projects.

Support insurance team and finance team for operational assets.

Team leadership. Initiative and lead the team to solve issues.
