• Demand Planning:** Collaborate with the sales, marketing team to develop and maintain accurate demand forecast for the next 36 month based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Supply Planning:** Translate demand forecast into actionable supply plans, balancing inventory, production, and distribution requirement, ensure and execute the stable supply
• Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels, and replenishment requirement to maintain service levels, operate the Inter-Warehouse inventory transfer, ensure the demand-driven inventory level at each DC, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess stock.
• PIPO Management:** Work closely with the cross functional stakeholders to own the Phase In, Phase Out product’s demand – supply planning and execution.
• SIOP/IBP Participation:** Actively support SIOP/IBP processes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Exception Management:** Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps, production delays, or logistics issues, escalating unresolved items to the Planning Lead.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, and Regulatory teams to incorporate market signals into planning data base.
• Systems & Data Management:** Ensure planning systems and ERP data are accurate, up-to-date, and reliable for decision-making.
• Performance Monitoring:** Track key planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, backorders, and inventory amount, DOH and turns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement:** Support initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, supply efficiency, and overall planning process effectiveness.
