必須

Basic knowledge of factory facilities, utility systems, or building infrastructure
Practical experience in the installation, maintenance, or modification of utility systems
Experience in coordination and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders
Basic PC skills (document preparation using Excel and PowerPoint)
Work experience with a strong focus on safety and quality in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards

Possession of certifications such as Chief Electrical Engineer or Energy Manager
Specialized knowledge of utility systems (power supply, HVAC, pure water, exhaust, water treatment, etc.)
Experience in facility investment and project management (from planning to execution)
Experience in facility management at a semiconductor plant or in the manufacturing industry
Knowledge and experience in energy conservation, DX (digital transformation), and automation
Experience in obtaining quotations, cost control, and vendor negotiation
Experience in understanding and preparing CAD drawings and equipment specifications

Background of Hiring

In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining stable factory operations by promoting the installation, renewal, and improvement of utility systems that support semiconductor manufacturing.
In recent years, with the expansion of production and the launch of new products, the importance of utility systems has increased significantly. Multiple projects—such as equipment renewal, capacity expansion, digital transformation (DX), and energy-saving initiatives—are being executed simultaneously. Under these circumstances, there is an urgent need to strengthen the organizational structure to enable end-to-end execution, from planning and investment application to vendor coordination and construction management.
Furthermore, utility systems form the core infrastructure of the factory, and any failure can directly lead to production stoppages. Therefore, high reliability and prompt decision-making are essential. Given the large scale of capital investments and their impact on the entire factory, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in critical decision-making processes.
In this position, you will take the lead in driving facility investment projects from planning through execution. This provides a strong sense of ownership, as your decisions directly contribute to stable operations and improved productivity across the factory. In addition, by working closely with internal departments and external vendors, you will gain broad technical knowledge and project management skills, making this an excellent opportunity for professional growth as an engineer.

Responsibilities

Responsible Technical Field: Utilities and Building Engineering
Utilities refer to power supply, HVAC (air conditioning), pure water, gases, wastewater, and exhaust systems.
Target Products: Automotive microcontrollers and AI modules

Project Scope:

1. Securing production area capacity (cleanroom expansion and utility system installation)
2. Ensuring stable supply of utilities that support plant operations
3. Planning and executing improvements and upgrades of utility systems and building facilities
4. Promoting operational efficiency and energy-saving initiatives within the factory

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning, driving, and executing installation, renewal, and improvement of utility systems and building facilities
2. Preparing and submitting equipment purchase requests and fixed asset disposal applications, and reporting completion
3. Conducting pre-safety assessments prior to equipment installation
4. Operation and management of utility systems (power, HVAC, pure water, etc.)
5. Registering and managing defect/repair cases and tracking their progress
6. Coordinating with vendors and managing construction work
7. Maintaining equipment operation and ensuring stable utility supply
8. Planning investment projects and preparing related documentation
9. Coordinating with internal departments and obtaining approvals
10. Promoting cost reduction and continuous improvement activities
11. Managing project progress and tracking issues
