Build and maintain relationships with existing merchants through regular visits and online meetings Gather information from merchant operations personnel, including usage status, customer reactions, and issues Design post-implementation KPIs for merchants, such as utilization rate, average transaction value, and repeat purchase rate, and monitor them regularly Make improvement and campaign proposals based on KPIs, and share examples of effective use Share customer feedback internally and incorporate it into product improvements and the development of new services
