Japan IT (Information Technology) is a diverse environment with employees of over 25 nationalities, who work on technical support, application development and implementation of system changes for Japan Retail Wealth Management Business and Global Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking).
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist fluent in both Japanese and English.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure services including Active Directory, DFS, MECM, DHCP, and DNS
Administrate and support the VMware Horizon VDI platform
Provide support for Citrix NetScaler and XenApp environments
Develop scripts and automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting tools
Troubleshot and resolve technical issues across IT infrastructure systems
