QA Engineer - SDET

Responsibilities and Duties

1. 1Test planning, test design/execution, bug reporting, and post-release verification.
2. 2Test automation (unit/integration/system levels) and orchestration utilizing AI agents.
3. 3Quality assurance design from the prototyping stage (Shift-Left approach).
4. 4Formulating mid-to-long-term test strategies (including unit, integration, and system testing, as well as functional and non-functional requirements and automation).
5. 5Defect data collection, measurement, analysis, and development of countermeasures for continuous quality improvement.
6. 6Standardization or improvement of development and testing processes.

1. 1Provided PC Specs: We provide PCs equipped with the latest CPUs (MacOS or Windows). Custom-made PCs tailored to business requirements and replacements with the latest OS are also possible.
2. 2Systems to Enhance the Development Environment: Peripheral devices necessary for work (such as displays, mice, keyboards) can be purchased as office supplies. Generally, you can choose from standard products (catalog), and if conditions are met, you can apply for non-standard products as well. (Excluding certain group companies)

応募資格（必須）

• Foundational knowledge and experience in software testing (equivalent to or higher than JSTQB Foundation Level).
• Experience in leading test strategy from formulation to execution, guided by QCD principles and the "Test Pyramid" approach in automation.
• Professional experience as a QA engineer for Web and Mobile services.
• Experience in cross-organizational test process standardization or improvement.
