必須
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in Japanese and conversational in English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit or philanthropic sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to perform tasks efficiently using AI.
歓迎
- Knowledge of STEM education initiatives is a plus.
