必須
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science / advanced analytics
- Proven track record of delivering data science solutions that drove measurable cost savings or cost impact.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML/statistical methods.
- Experience deploying models into production and working with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, etc.).
- Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI / LLMs and an understanding of AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese/English.
歓迎
- 1+ year managing or leading teams will be a plus.
- Semiconductor industry experience is a strong plus
