- As an Equity Operations Associate in the Market Operations team, you will be a key player in establishing a seamless operational process to provide first-class business in a first-class way. You will be exposed to front to end post trade functions engaging multiple internal & external stakeholders. This role will allow you to demonstrate your leadership, communication skills, and analytical skills, which will be beneficial in promoting an uplifting operating model to facilitate continuous business expansion and aim for a stronger control environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all risk is captured accurately and completely on Trade Capture & Post Trade Controls
- Handle settlement with clients / exchanges
- Ensure to deliver timely for confirmations / statements, client’s requests and queries as well as client onboarding coordination
- Generate Regulatory Report and handle associated controls
- Handle project management - handled by business initiatives, market changes, strategic system transformation
- Work on process optimization – automation with digital solution
