応募資格
必須
- Strong ethics, compliance and risk management credentials, including at least 10 years of experience in an ethics & compliance or related risk leadership role in a multinational organization, with demonstrable breadth across multiple compliance disciplines (e.g., anti-bribery and corruption, antitrust, anti-money laundering, human rights, reputational risk).
- Experience operating in the region, including in high-risk markets.
- A proven track record of successfully partnering and collaborating with senior business, commercial, and functional leaders to identify, own, and manage risks — with a focus on enabling the business to succeed through sound risk management.
- Experience in a matrixed organization and collaborating with different stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- An ability to simplify complex topics and communicate expectations and articulate risks clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
- An ability to take ownership of complex problems and projects and drive those to successful completion.
- Experience in managing and developing a large and diverse team, with members spread across several locations.
- Ability to work across time zones.
- Ability to travel internationally
