応募資格
必須
- Extensive leadership experience in the video subscription space, with a solid commercial background and ability to define long-term development strategies within a global, multi-layered organization.
- Deep understanding of the value-added service ecosystem, specifically the OTT, Pay TV and ISP.
- Experience working in a truly global capacity and have partnered with international teams to drive success.
- Strong experience in the local video marketplace, content rights and distribution, with a view of key trends and players, through a strong local and international network.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, fostering collaboration and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent people management skills, including setting goals, driving performance, and encouraging development.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
