Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently

Experience in technical document writing using Visio, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and software for technical document writing such as Visio, Word, or PowerPoint
Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese

Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Experience using Microsoft Word in a professional capacity
Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences
Experience with process optimization
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication

This position will be responsible for designing and implementing processes at our fulfillment centers. The role focuses on maximizing safety, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives. This is an impactful position offering direct involvement in shaping Amazon's innovative services.

ビジネス要件に沿う最適なプロセスの設計（キャパシティマップ作成）
庫内オペレーションの自動化・標準化の推進
物流センター立ち上げに要するリソースの最適化
新規およびレトロフィット・フルフィルメントセンターにおける設備設計において、安全・日程・品質・コストを最適化するソリューションを策定し実行。
Design optimal processes aligned with business requirements (including creation of capacity maps)
Drive automation and standardization of warehouse operations
Optimize resource allocation for new fulfillment center launches
Develop and execute equipment design solutions that optimize safety, schedule, quality, and cost for new and retrofit fulfillment centers.
