  • Bachelor's degree
  • Identifying issues and building solutions through discussion
  • Coordination of interests in consideration of the positions of internal and external stakeholders (landowners, PMs, local organizations, governments, etc.)
  • Flexibility to different organizational cultures
  • At least 3 years of experience in wind, solar or similar development projects
  • Understand the basic concepts of the Civil Code and the Real Estate Registration Act and the contract structure (including consistency with registration application documents)
  • Preparation of relevant contract documents
  • Judicial scrivener and landowner coordination and registration process management
  • Experience in building and operating databases for land information management, and necessary Excel aggregation skills
  • Basic knowledge of legal, financial, accounting, and taxation required for land contracts
  • Native level Japanese skills required
