このポジションは、AI Transformationを通じてビジネス価値を推進し、信頼されるアドバイザーとして、従業員体験と人材の成功に焦点を当てた戦略的アドバイザリーを通じてビジネスおよびHRリーダーに影響を与えます。顧客の課題を高ROIの成果に合わせた実行可能なソリューションに変換することでビジネス価値を創出し、満足度、ロイヤルティ、長期的な価値を育むシームレスでつながった体験を保証します。Viva Glint、SharePoint、M365 Copilotのアーキテクチャ設計を主導し、Copilotプロンプトエンジニアリングとエージェント構築の専門知識を活用してAIを大規模に推進します。
業務内容
- Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation
- Influence business and HR leaders through strategic advisory focused on employee experience and people success
- Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI customer outcomes
- Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value
- Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Viva Glint (including broader Viva Apps), SharePoint, and M365 Copilot
- Leverage Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale
- Lead ROI discussions and advise on AI-enabled business transformation
- Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization
- Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer's AI transformation journey
- Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution
- Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in areas such as Viva Glint (including broader Viva Apps), SharePoint, M365 Copilot, business value realization, and adoption and change management
- Build and maintain technical readiness aligned to CSA Global Delivery priorities and initiatives
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting 事業開発経験コンサルティング業界知識インフラ設計・運用経験IT戦略策定ネットワーク設計・構築経験サーバ運用・保守経験システム設計
Proven experience in HR and/or employee engagement space 人事企画・労務経験
Willingness to learn new features and functionality of all Viva applications and M365 Copilot Microsoft 365
Strong understanding of data governance and security practices for all Viva applications and M365 Copilot データガバナンス経験Microsoft 365セキュリティエンジニアリング経験
Language Proficiency (fluent) in both Japanese and English
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
