Senior Backend Engineer (Java/Kotlin, Platform Services)

職務内容

1. 1Consult and collaborate with solution architects on system design and technical strategy.
2. 2Partner with Product Managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and distributed global teams.
3. 3Design and develop scalable server-side applications and platform solutions.
4. 4Gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
5. 5Support test planning activities, including functional, operational, performance, and failure testing considerations.
6. 6Take ownership of production systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
7. 7Assess technical risks and support release management activities.
8. 8Create and maintain technical documentation and engineering best practices; contribute innovative ideas to improve product quality, team efficiency, and development processes.

応募資格（必須）

• 3+ years of experience in Java and/or Kotlin development.
• Experience designing and developing server-side applications, including middleware.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and hands-on programming expertise.
• Experience working with web technologies such as HTTP, RESTful APIs, and cookies.
• Database experience with relational databases and/or technologies such as Redis or Cassandra.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in technology and continuous learning.

歓迎する経験

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization services using OAuth2 and/or OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Knowledge of Python, Rust, or other programming languages.
• Experience with logging and monitoring solutions such as ELK or APM tools.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud.
• Front-end development experience.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
