職務内容

1. 1Lead backend development projects from planning and requirements definition through deployment
2. 2Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to define solutions and priorities
3. 3Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and batch processing systems
4. 4Drive architectural decisions with a focus on performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
5. 5Produce technical specifications, system design documentation, and implementation plans
6. 6Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team
7. 7Mentor engineers and contribute to technical growth within the organization
8. 8Lead technical discussions and present proposals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
9. 9Improve development processes, delivery efficiency, and system reliability
10. 10Support the evolution of a modern microservices environment and cloud-native architecture

応募資格（必須）

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience
• 3+ years of team leadership or people management experience
• Proven experience delivering software projects from requirements gathering through production release
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Product, Frontend, and QA
• Business-level English communication skills
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot within large-scale environments
• Extensive experience designing RESTful APIs and implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience with container technologies, Docker, and CI/CD environments
• Strong understanding of secure software development practices and web security principles
• Experience conducting code reviews and establishing development standards
