職務内容

1. 1Design, develop, test, and release software solutions aligned with business requirements
2. 2Develop and maintain critical backend APIs, consumer services, and batch processing systems
3. 3Support systems responsible for cart data persistence and order data creation
4. 4Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in high-volume online environments
5. 5Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA teams, and engineers to deliver reliable solutions
6. 6Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural and design decisions
7. 7Drive best practices across code quality, reviews, source control, testing, deployment, and operations
8. 8Improve system performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle

応募資格（必須）

• 5+ years of Java EE development experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Strong experience developing and operating RESTful Web APIs
• Experience supporting large-scale online production systems and handling incidents
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle, including code standards, code reviews, source code management, build processes, testing, deployment, and operations
• Proven ability to design and develop high-performance, reliable, and maintainable applications
• Senior-level engineering experience with the ability to lead projects and proactively collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience developing applications using container technologies such as Docker
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset

• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems using tools such as Grafana
