仕事内容
About the Position:
- We are looking for a Product Development Intellectual Property Specialist to join the Green Technologies Digitalize Group, reporting directly to the Manager, Digitalize Group of Green Technologies.
- As an Intellectual Property Specialist in product development engineering for Marelli's exhaust products and thermal solutions, you will be responsible for intellectual property activities.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Planning product patent activities
- Supporting inventors with patent applications
- Risk management regarding the rights of other companies
Expectations from you in this position:
- Optimizing the quality and speed of patent applications and patenting.
- Risk management regarding the rights of other companies
- Formulation of an intellectual property strategy linked to business strategy
