仕事内容
Background
- J PREP Saito Juku is seeking enthusiastic instructors to join our team and accommodate our rapidly growing student population. In this full-time role, successful applicants will be responsible teaching group lessons, as well as non-teaching duties such as hiring, training, and scheduling. We are currently looking for candidates with experience teaching exclusively in English to students of varying proficiencies. We strive to help students improve their communication skills, express themselves, and reach their academic goals.
Position Description:
- The J PREP Scholars team is currently seeking an applicant to join the team in a full-time capacity. In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to develop and assist with the Scholars department and its standardized testing curricula.
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Training, observing, and scheduling part-time instructors
- Developing and overseeing curriculum tailored to standardized tests (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, etc.)
- Teaching group lessons on a regular weekly basis
- Grading student assignments
- Coordinating and communicating with fellow instructors
- Assisting with seasonal events and seasonal events
