応募資格

必須

  • 1. Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or other related engineering disciplines. Minimum 5 years of product validation working experience; relevant power battery validation experience is highly preferred.
  • 2. Familiar with domestic and overseas power battery safety test standards and certification requirements, including UN regulations, international standards and internal corporate specifications.
  • 3. Solid knowledge of power battery product design, with proficient hands-on experience in various testing and validation methods.
  • 4. Keep abreast of the latest technical trends in the testing field; possess competent English reading, writing and oral communication skills.
  • 5. Strong stress tolerance and coordination capabilities, self-driven working attitude and continuous learning awareness. Able to adapt to and lead changes, and independently solve complex technical and project problems.
  • 6. Excellent English documentation and business communication skills, capable of conducting professional technical discussions and technical docking with overseas customers.
  • 7. Proficient in operating analytical equipment such as SEM/EDS and 3D microscopes for failure analysis and technical verification.

仕事内容

Role Summary

This role is for a Senior Validation & Failure Analysis Engineer. The main responsibilities include decomposing customer and system requirements into detailed test requirements and serving as a key communication bridge for cross-functional teams. The position supports test resource planning, and proactively aligns and escalates potential risks and resource issues. The incumbent will develop test plans and oversee overall test progress and quality control. In addition, the role utilizes various professional analysis equipment to conduct failure analysis for defective products and deliver complete analysis reports, so as to continuously improve the overall product quality of AESC.

Key Responsibilities

Translate customer and system requirements into test requirements, and act as a liaison between customer, design, marketing and test teams.

Establish and maintain internal and external communication channels to ensure accurate, timely and efficient delivery of requirements and deliverables.

Assist in test resource planning based on overall testing scope, and raise risk alerts in a timely manner.

Develop test plans and ensure on-schedule delivery and high quality of testing activities.

Participate in product development, identify, mitigate and resolve risks related to test & verification, so as to guarantee project timelines.

Provide daily support for laboratory operations.

Conduct failure analysis on defective products with various analytical instruments, and prepare relevant analysis reports.
