Experience in designing analog blocks for Power Management ICs (PMICs).
Experience with switching converters (non-isolated and/or isolated), Power FETs, and gate driver circuits.
Experience in the design of analog circuits such as ADCs, DACs, oscillators, bandgap reference circuits, and LDO regulators.
Experience in ultra-low quiescent current (Ultra-Low IQ) circuit design is preferred.
High-voltage analog design experience is preferred.
Approximately 10 years of experience in analog and/or mixed-signal IC design.

Drive technical excellence in the analog design of Power Management ICs by delivering hands-on block- and top-level design solutions from specification through design completion, in close collaboration with block lead designers.

Design, verify, and simulate CMOS analog blocks for Power Management ICs, including switching converters (isolated and non-isolated), Power FETs and driver circuits, A/D and D/A converters, oscillators, bandgap reference circuits, LDOs, and ultra-low-power circuits, ensuring performance requirements are met.
Collaborate with block leads to define and execute system and design strategies for Power Management products.
Guide layout engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designed circuits.
Drive silicon debugging and design characterization activities.
Conduct lab evaluation and validation of designs in collaboration with Application Engineers.
Work closely with DFT engineers to ensure design blocks comply with established DFT methodologies and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with Test and Product Engineers to support test development and product ramp-up to mass production.
Coach and mentor less-experienced engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
Take technical ownership of analog blocks and sub-systems, driving them from specification through silicon validation and mass production.
Interpret product requirements and translate them into effective circuit and system-level design solutions.
