- 5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in paid media, content, social strategy, and analytics.
- Proven experience managing agencies, budgets, and integrated campaigns.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
歓迎
- Experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- A successful portfolio of digital and social campaigns.

About the Role
- Lead digital media, social, content, and community strategies for IQOS and VEEV in Korea, driving awareness, engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital media and social strategies.
- Lead paid media across Instagram, YouTube, Kakao, and Naver.
- Manage social campaigns, content calendars, and online communities.
- Drive audience growth, acquisition, retargeting, and conversion.
- Manage agency partners, budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
