仕事内容
CTO直下で15件超のエンジニアリングプロジェクト（統合、技術マイグレーション、Data Engineering 等）を同時並行で推進するTechnical Program Manager。約150人のエンジニア組織で、デリバラブルの進捗管理・依存関係解消・ブロッカー除去をハンズオンで実施し、CTOプロキシとして資源配分・優先順位判断を行う。LLMアシスタント・自動レポーティングなどAI駆動ワークフロー設計も担う。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Understand agile development method and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Leadership and communication skills to drive people
Technical curiosity and learning ability: Ability to quickly develop working knowledge of unfamiliar technical domains.
High-volume project management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Execution focus: A doer who produces deliverables, drives decisions, and removes blockers directly rather than delegating action to meetings.
High proficiency with AI tools: Experience using AI assistants and automation tools to improve productivity, generate reports, and analyze project data.
Clear communication: Ability to translate technical complexity into clear updates for stakeholders at all levels. Strong written communication skills.

Business level Japanese skill is nice to have but not necessary
