仕事内容
Paidyのアプリケーション・モバイルセキュリティを統括するリード。iOS/Androidアプリ・モバイルAPI・バックエンドのセキュリティ標準策定、SDLCへのセキュリティ組み込み、CI/CDパイプラインのSAST/DAST/SCA等の自動化、脆弱性管理、OWASP MASVSやAI時代の脅威（LLMサプライチェーン攻撃・プロンプトインジェクション）への対応を担う。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
5+ years of experience in application security, mobile security, or DevSecOps with demonstrated technical depth
Strong hands-on Android and iOS development and security hardening expertise
Experience with end-to-end vulnerability management including SAST, SCA, and DAST tooling
Proven experience building security controls into CI/CD pipelines on AWS
Solid understanding of the OAuth2 protocol and securing REST and GraphQL APIs at scale
Broad software development experience in Rust, Scala, Python, Java, or equivalent
Confidence with Docker and Terraform
Business-level English required; Japanese is helpful but not required
