仕事内容
PaidyのCredit Risk部門で、リアルタイム与信を支える信用リスクポリシーのライフサイクル全体をオーナーとして牽引する。データ分析と自動与信エンジンの橋渡しを担い、ポートフォリオモニタリング・与信/限度額戦略の設計、新規プロダクトのリスク要件定義をData Science・経営層と協働して推進する。リスクテイクと持続的な収益性の最適バランスを追求するマネージャー職。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
8+ years of experience in data driven business roles, ideally within a Credit Risk, Fintech, or other financial services environment
Track record in leading the development of novel strategies to meet business objectives
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (or R)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to Product Managers and Senior Leadership
Business English is required, Japanese skills are a strong advantage
Experience as a people leader
