仕事内容
BNPL大手Paidyのデータサイエンティスト。マーケティング・UX・プロダクト設計・財務計画に関わるデータサイエンスプロジェクトを担当し、Spark/BigQuery等の大規模データから特徴量を抽出、予測モデル・シミュレーション・Lookerモデルを構築して、経営陣・事業オーナーと協働しながらプロダクト改善と戦略意思決定を直接ドライブする。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
More than 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist at technology, marketing, media, or entertainment companies
Experience extracting insights and engineering features from large datasets using big data frameworks like Spark, Hive, Athena, BigQuery
Experience working with a BI tool like Looker, Tableau
Experience developing predictive models applied to real-world business problems; production ML pipelines with Sagemaker is a plus
Good foundational skills with statistics, designing and evaluating experiments
Experience building ETL pipelines with a job orchestration tool like Prefect, Airflow, Argo
Excellent command of SQL and Python
