仕事内容
Data Engineering部門のシニアデータエンジニア兼チームリードとして、Paidy全社のデータサービス（取り込み・キュレーション・可用性・整合性・スケーラビリティ）の運用・改善を担う。Cassandra/Kafka/DynamoDB/Postgres/Airflow/Prefect を駆使したスケーラブルなデータパイプラインを実装し、BI/レポーティング基盤を整備、ビジネスインテリジェンス要件のアドバイザリーと3名以上のチーム運営も行う。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related subject
5+ years of experience in software development.
Strong software development skills in OOP languages.
Good knowledge of resource constraints analysis and performing tuning.
Good knowledge of data structures.
Strong knowledge and experience on various RDMS, NoSQL and big data platforms including Cassandra, kafka, DynamoDB, Postgres, Prefect, Airflow etc…
Able to follow SDLC methodologies, deliver proper documentation.
Effective communication skills, able to communicate project status and problem effectively.
Creative yet detail oriented, good at solving problems and deriving solutions.
Willing to work in a dynamic environment and pick up new technologies.
Experience leading a team of 3 or more engineers
