Device Management Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties

1. 1Plan and implement improvements in overall device management operations
2. 2Create device policies and implement/deploy them through MDM (Mobile Device Management)
3. 3Formulate standard device specifications across the entire group

Work Environment

1. 1Provided PC Specs: We provide PCs equipped with the latest CPUs (MacOS or Windows). Custom-made PCs tailored to business requirements and replacements with the latest OS are also possible.
2. 2Money Forward Library: We have a library system where you can freely borrow books, ranging from technical books to management books. Desired books can be purchased at the company's expense.

応募資格（必須）

• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management
• Experience in device lifecycle management
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise
• Understanding of the basic structure and functions of devices
• Skills in device setup and troubleshooting

歓迎する経験

• Experience in device (Mac) management using Jamf Pro
• Experience in device (Windows) management using Intune
• Experience in the installation, configuration, and management of operating systems (such as Windows and macOS)
• Knowledge of device security, including data encryption and remote wipe
• Ability to create procedures and guidelines related to device management
• Capability to plan and drive device deployment and update projects
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.
