募集内容
- Support the site to mitigate risks on their priorities by mobilizing the relevant Central Teams SME to support. Participate in local supplier engagement sessions, eg. Ensure sustenance of the TPM program at your site. Support the development of methodologies to improve %UD/SD performance globally. Design Tier 2/3 matrices to improve %UD/SD. Develop suitable global reports for sites to benchmark against each other on %UD/SD Design and implement a process to improve workstations MOR %UTIL through %MA & Lost time improvement. Collaborate with SMAI to build a system to compare the wafer processing time between tools within a workstation. Support the building of a database of inputs for all process areas to address tool to tool mismatch proactively. Collaborate with SMAI to build a system using these inputs to identify & fix tool to tool mismatches in a workstation. Support the setup of global area alignment teams to address chronic issues, drive improvements & eliminate wastes. Design suitable matrices for each process area so that improvements impact the 4 pillars. Adopt benchmarking and deliver strategies to close the gaps.
