職務内容

1. 1Lead basic design (high-level and detailed design) for backend systems
2. 2Design and build server-side applications using Java and Spring (including Spring Batch)
3. 3Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, infrastructure) to define and deliver new features
4. 4Develop robust, scalable APIs and batch processes
5. 5Ensure code reliability through unit testing and edge case validation
6. 6Diagnose and resolve performance issues; continuously optimize applications
7. 7Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
8. 8Support full software lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
9. 9Work in an Agile/Scrum team to deliver incremental value

応募資格（必須）

• 5+ years of experience in server-side development using Java
• Strong experience with Spring Framework (including Spring Batch)
• Solid database design and query optimization skills (RDB/NoSQL)
• Experience with asynchronous processing (e.g., Kafka)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
• Proven ability to work in a team-based development environment
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex or ambiguous scenarios
• Business-level English proficiency
