仕事内容

Contract management

Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Identify defects, negotiate resolutions, handle claims, and follow up on operational issues.

Oversee contract renewals and ensure timely execution.

Troubleshooting

Monitor and report on the performance of onshore wind assets.

Analyze operational data, identify issues, and implement improvements to enhance performance.

Person-in-charge of communication with O&M and vendors

Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Track operational issues, implement corrective measures.

Commercial administration

Handle processes of requests for quotations, purchase orders, and ensure timely receipt of deliverables.

Coordinate with Finance and Investment teams for lender approvals.

Maintain up-to-date cash flow data for effective financial management.

Reporting/Documentation

Prepare and deliver reports to both external stakeholders and internal management.

Ensure accurate documentation for METI, utilities, and local authorities.

Compliance

Track the status and ensure timely renewals of permits, certifications, and other statutory requirements.

Communicate with stakeholders, authorities, and governments to maintain compliance.

Ensure all applications, reports, and payments are completed on schedule.
