仕事内容
Talent Attractionチームの一員として、候補者ジャーニーの初期エンゲージメントから有資格パイプライン提供までを担うTalent Attraction Partner。インバウンド・社内・リファラル・アウトバウンドの各チャネルから多様な人材を惹きつけ、評価・育成し、CRM上のタレントプールを充実させてRecruiting担当へ引き渡す。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Relevant recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support experience
Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels across teams and functions
Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline in a very fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable and passionate about sourcing techniques, tools, processes, and initiatives.
Strong communication skill in Japanese and English
