仕事内容
JAPACリージョンを主に担当し、ビルレベルでの占有計画とワークプレイス戦略を管理するSpace Planning Manager（REWSチーム）。アテンダンス・利用率データを分析してスペース戦略・占有計画を策定し、ブロッキング/スタッキングプランやエグゼクティブ向けプレゼンを作成する。Workplace Services・Strategy・Designなど部門横断で連携し、ハイブリッドワーク環境のスペース最適化を推進する。Director, Global Space Planningに直属。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of experience in Space & Occupancy Planning or Workplace Services
Strong communication skills both written and with presentation development and delivery
Expert level data analysis skills with the ability to use data to tell a story
Experience working with cross functional teams and ability to influence and arrive at consensus
歓迎
Experience with CAFM management systems, Serraview is preferred
Proficient at using Google Suite and Microsoft Suite. Tableau and Slack experience is preferred
