仕事内容
Salesforceの Equality & Engagement チームで、日本・韓国・台湾（JPKT）地域のエンプロイヤーブランディングとタレントマーケティングをリードする個人貢献者ポジション。デジタル・ソーシャル・イベント等のマルチチャネルでタレントリード獲得施策を企画・実行し、データドリブンにキャンペーン成果を最適化する。採用・コーポレートマーケティングチームと協働し、日英でのコンテンツ制作・ローカライズも担う。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
10-12 years in a Talent Marketing/Recruitment Marketing or Marketing Demand Generation or marketing programs role at a B2B company
In-depth experience using marketing tools like Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, Social advocacy tools etc.
Excellent program management, communication (in English and Japanese) and negotiation skills
Japanese & English fluency
歓迎
Knowledge of digital marketing as well as various marketing material production, a plus
Experience in Recruiting and HR, a plus
Knowledge or experience of DE&I, culture and employer branding
