仕事内容
Employee Success部門のSenior Recruiterとして、Salesforceの急成長を支えるためTechやAEを含む多様な職種のソーシング・選考・クロージングまでフルサイクルの採用を担う。候補者体験の向上に向けた採用戦略の改善やパイプライン構築を主導し、事業部門のリーダーと連携して採用ニーズを満たす。直接応募の候補者のみを対象とするポジション。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the IT industry or related fields.
Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
Agile recruiting capability across Tech and AE roles
Track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment
Strong communication skill in Japanese and Korean, and business level English is required.
