仕事内容
Salesforceの日本・韓国・台湾の営業・アライアンス・プロフェッショナルサービス・調達部門を支援するSenior Contracts Analystとして、商取引のストラクチャリングや各種商用・調達契約の起草・レビュー・交渉を担う。サービス契約・発注書・SOW・NDA等の契約対応に加え、社内ポリシーとの整合確保、紛争対応、標準契約書のローカライズや法務プロセス改善も行う。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
3 or more years of combined experience in law firm and/or in house legal department including experience negotiating and drafting agreements
Articulate, persuasive, and concise written and verbal communication skills both in English and Japanese languages

Substantial experience in supporting sales organization as an internal client
Experience working for a global technology company
Familiarity with Japanese laws and regulations applicable to web applications/cloud computing/AI business
