仕事内容
Salesforce JapanのSales Strategy部門で、営業組織のためのスケーラブルなセールスプレイ設計と生産性向上を担う個人貢献者（Program/Project Management Manager）。定量・定性データを分析して短中期の事業戦略・プロセスを立案し、ステークホルダーと協働してプログラムを企画・実行する。Tableau・Excelを活用した分析が中心。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
Experience managing critical sales and partner processes for a business of comparable scope and scale, including pipeline management, account planning, forecasting, and partner programs.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools like Tableau preferred.
Expertise in Excel, with programming experience being a plus.
Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to present ideas to executive audiences and manage upwards effectively.
Degree from university, preferably in an analytical discipline such as engineering, computer science, economics, etc. Or 5+ years of equivalent working experience.
Fluent Japanese

5+ years of work experience in sales and marketing or project management, or new business development is a plus
