仕事内容
Salesforce東京拠点のProject Design & Deliveryチームに参画するAssociate Managerとして、日本各地のオフィス改装やワークプレイス案件のデリバリーを支援する。サンフランシスコ拠点のSenior Directorのもと、プロジェクトのスコープ・スケジュール・コスト・品質のトラッキング、外部ベンダー・施工業者・設計コンサルタントとの調整、進捗会議の運営支援、社内ステークホルダー(Real Estate / Finance / IT / Workplace Services)との関係構築を担う。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within corporate real estate, workplace, facilities, or construction
Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English — written and verbal — is required
Familiarity with Japanese construction standards, permitting processes, or local contractor ecosystems
Exposure to office fit-outs or workplace delivery projects
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and global stakeholders
A proactive, collaborative working style with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
