仕事内容
Salesforce JapanのJPKT製品スペシャライゼーション組織の戦略パートナーとして、セールス・プロダクト・カスタマーサクセスの交差点でビジネス変革と成長施策をリードするディレクター。製品GTM戦略の策定・実行、コンサンプション成長戦略の推進、クラウド長期計画（LRP）とリソース配分の最適化を担い、SVP・経営層に助言する。2ライン目のピープルマネジメントを含む。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business planning roles within technology or SaaS organizations
Deep understanding of enterprise software sales models, product-led growth, and consumption-based business models
Proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies in complex, matrixed organizations
Demonstrated ability to advise and influence SVP-level and C-suite executives
Strong analytical and financial planning capabilities, including experience with LRP and resource allocation
2nd line People Manager experience
Fluency in English (business level)
