仕事内容
日本の公共・教育・非営利セクター向けに、大規模なSaaS/PaaS提案（RFI/RFP/RFQ）のライフサイクル全体をリードするBid Program Management Lead。Go/No-Go分析から最終提案まで、営業・SE・法務・セキュリティ各チームを束ね、提案コンテンツの作成・編集、提案基盤（Bid Engine）の構築、AI活用による提案プロセス高度化を担う。シドニー拠点のDirectorにレポートする。
求めるスキル・経験
必須
5–7 years of proven experience leading large-scale, end-to-end bid management cycles, preferably within the SaaS or broader technology sector.
Public Sector Native: deep understanding of Japan's procurement landscape and the unique requirements of Government/Non-Profit sectors.
Linguistic Precision: Native-level Japanese (written and spoken), coupled with excellent English skills to collaborate with global shared services.
The "Driver" Mentality: thrive in fast-paced environments, urgency to meet deadlines, track record of taking initiative.
