楽天のAd Product Section (APS) 部門は、東京、シンガポール、インド、中国に分散する高性能なグローバルチームです。このポジションは、次世代の広告プラットフォームを定義するシニアソフトウェアエンジニアであり、アーキテクチャと技術文化のリーダーシップを担います。モダンな技術スタックとAIを活用したワークフローを駆使し、エンドツーエンドの製品開発ライフサイクルを主導します。スケーラブルなシステム構築、エンジニアの育成、AI統合による生産性と品質向上に貢献します。
Position Details
- 複雑なビジネス要件を堅牢でスケーラブル、かつ保守可能な技術仕様とアーキテクチャ設計に変換します。
- 初期設計から実装、デプロイ、監視、プロアクティブなメンテナンスまで、SDLC全体を所有します。
- 厳格なコードレビューを実施し、設計パターン、セキュリティのベストプラクティス、長期的な保守性を確保します。
- AIを活用したコーディングアシスタント（GitHub Copilot、Cursorなど）をチームのワークフローに統合し、エンジニアリングの速度を向上させます。
- AI生成コードのセキュリティ、正確性、システムアーキテクチャとの整合性を厳密に検証するための基準を確立します。
- 製品エコシステムを深く理解し、技術的負債やアーキテクチャのボトルネックを特定します。
- システムのパフォーマンスとスケーラビリティを向上させるためのリファクタリングや強化のイニシアチブを積極的に提案し、主導します。
- 高度なプロンプトエンジニアリングを活用し、ドキュメント生成、レガシーコードのリファクタリング、テストスイート作成などの反復タスクを自動化して、チームの帯域幅を最大化します。
- 新しいテクノロジーやAIツールを評価し、競争優位性をもたらすイノベーションを統合するための戦略的なロードマップを作成します。
- プロダクト、デザイン、エンジニアリング間の主要な技術的橋渡し役を務めます。
- 高レベルのビジネス目標を明確で実行可能な技術計画に変換します。
- 将来の技術的制約と機会を予測し、製品ロードマップに影響を与え、ビジネスニーズの進化に対応できるプラットフォームを維持します。
- ジュニアエンジニアやインターンを積極的に指導し、建設的なフィードバックを提供し、キャリアの進捗を導き、ソフトウェア設計のベストプラクティスを推進することで、技術的卓越性の文化を育みます。

求めるスキル・経験
必須
10+ years of professional software engineering experience
3+ years in principal/architect-level role
Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale web application projects from inception to production
Deep hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot/Batch) and Cloud-native architectures JavaマイクロサービスアーキテクチャSpring
Demonstrated experience in designing or implementing Agentic AI workflows (e.g., using frameworks like LangChain, n8n, dify, or custom agent orchestration) DifyLangChainマルチエージェント設計
Expert in designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications, including model selection, optimized RAG pipelines, agentic orchestration, tool integration, and rigorous evaluation frameworks API連携・統合経験生成AI活用マルチエージェント設計RAG/検索拡張生成

Ability to analyze complex business systems, industry requirements and governance, and create solution designs from them

A "get-things-done" mindset with demonstrated accountability for system health and team output
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present architectural decisions to mixed audiences including Senior Management, Product Management, and Engineers across disciplines
