仕事内容
English-language posting of the Global IT Division Information Systems Engineer role (ID & SaaS Management). Maintains and improves employee ID lifecycle integrations (API/batch) linked to HR data, collects and visualizes SaaS usage, and improves Entra ID-based provisioning operations. Drives the shift of ID/SaaS operations from human-centric to system-centric through in-house tooling and external integrations.

Experience in implementing and operating external system integrations (REST API, Webhook, batch processing, job scheduling, authentication such as OAuth)
Fundamentals of reliability design for operations (retry, idempotency, timeout, rate limiting, error classification, monitoring/notification, log design)
Data handling and formatting skills (extraction/aggregation with SQL, formatting CSV/JSON, difference detection)
Experience improving operations with small in-house tools/scripts
Ability to understand business operations, organize requirements, and implement them into operations
Japanese: Native / JLPT N1
English: TOEIC 700 or higher, able to handle meetings and text communication in English immediately after joining

Basic understanding of Entra ID / SSO / Provisioning (SCIM) and authentication/authorization (SSO, MFA)
Experience using cloud / IaC / CI/CD (AWS, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform)
Frontend experience (ability to create simple UIs and admin screens)
Experience building visualization platforms (BI tools) and dashboards
Experience using iPaaS/ETL (Workato, Zapier, Make, Power Automate) and data integration platforms
Experience in AI development and/or using AI tools to improve development processes
